So Felix had options because I bought him two costumes, I just couldn't resist. The first one was a chicken, which we decided he couldn't be because thats what he is every single day of his life. The second was a dinosaur hat. He didn't really mind either one once they were on but he hates to be held down so I can tie them around his head...Hence the dirty look in the pictures.
Spike was a cowboy...Or a horse. I don't think I really know. He had a hat, but then he had a rider on his back. Jason picked it out. It was the biggest one that they had at the store but it still didn't fit him so I had to sew extensions on to make it fit...It fit on the cat perfectly though, so we have his costume for next year already picked out. We put it on and then Jason got him all wound up so he was bucking around and it looked like he was a bronco...but then he would turn around and look at me with his little hat on and I would say, "well helllllloooo there sheriff"...
Then me and Jason had to carve pumpkins since its our first year in our first house. They fit us both perfectly, Jason's looked kinda like a monkey or a pig to me and mine had my signiture sign. I didn't remember how dirty the process was since I hadn't done it in twenty years...Ironically enough Jason (just like way back when) didn't trust me with the knife so he ended up carving both.
