Our "D" Day 7 year anniversary!!!!

Okay for those of you who dont know...Me and Jason met on July 31st 1998...He was here visiting his mom for summer vaction and I was dating one of his friends. We met...that was it. He says it was his car (his moms car)...and I say it was the way he made me feel. We only had approximately two weeks together until he left again, but we fell in love.
He went back to Washington and through our broken hearts we continued to correspond. We talked on the phone (we have the phone bills to prove it...sorry mom)...and wrote emails and letters. Time went by and things got all muddled be it fate or our own narcasism, and we lost touch.
However, as the story goes...He called me one day...and told me he was going to be going to Wyo-Tech, which is only a 4 hour drive from Colorado Springs. So we started talking again. He came down as frequently as he could, and I went and visited him as well. We became as close as we ever were.
Now anyone that knows Jason and I do mean anyone...a stranger off of the streets knows that Jason likes to play "tricks" or be "smart" with people, thats just his thing. So anyways...Jason told me that he was moving back to Washington when he graduated...I bawled....hysterically..for days...I couldnt even talk to him to be honest with you...but he called me asked me to come to his graduation to say goodbye to him...so I did. Where I learned that he had decided to move to Colorado...
Hence, our "D" day...where he made the "D"ecision to move back here...

So for our "D" day I would like to share with you some of the things we were doing back then compared to now.

I had just graduated from high school...and like most teenagers I was trying to figure out what I was going to do with the "rest of my life"....while working for minimum wage in a store that will probably always be one of my favorite jobs...

Like I said Jason had just graduated from Wyo-tech...and started working with Rusty.

Its funny to imagine where I would be without Jason...I think I probably would have moved to California to go to UCLA, and I know I wanted to work at Disney Land as Tinkerbell, or Snow White (LOL)...but I dont think I would have been happy without him...and I probably would have hunted him down where ever he was. Thank goodness we never had to find out.

Its so funny to look back and to see whats changed and what hasnt....Jason loves me so we came up with this list together:
